Zero-Storage Data Policy

Since we operate on a zero-storage architecture, your passwords and cryptographic data are never stored on our servers.

  • Passwords/Keys: Never stored, so nothing to delete
  • Account Data: Retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • Payment Info: Removed immediately upon cancellation
  • Usage Analytics: Anonymized after 30 days

4. Subscription Plans and Cancellation

4.2 Annual Plans

  • Pro-rated refund for unused months
  • Calculation: (Unused months ÷ 12) × Annual price

4.3 Crypto Premium Plans

  • Same cancellation terms as standard plans
  • Pro-rated refunds for annual crypto plans
  • No refunds for one-time purchases after 5 days
  • Offline generation capability remains if purchased

5. Reactivation and Reinstatement

5.1 Easy Reactivation

  • Reactivate your subscription at any time
  • No reactivation fees or penalties
  • Previous account settings may be restored
  • New billing cycle starts upon reactivation

5.2 Account Recovery

  • Account data retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • Easy account recovery within this period
  • After 30 days, new account creation required
  • Previous passwords/keys remain secure (never stored)

6. Special Circumstances
